Booking & Payment

A session is confirmed once payment is completed through the scheduling system. Prices are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will always be honored at the agreed rate.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session may be subject to a rescheduling fee. No-shows are non-refundable.

On-Location Sessions

On-location sessions within Westchester are available for an additional fee. Locations in Connecticut or New York City may require an additional travel fee based on distance.

Image Selection & Delivery

After your session, you will receive a private proof gallery to select your final images. Final retouched images are delivered digitally in high resolution, ready for professional use.

Retouching

Retouching is natural and restrained. The goal is to remove distractions while keeping you looking like yourself. Additional retouching requests may incur a fee.

Usage

Final images may be used for personal and professional self-promotion, including websites, social media, press, and marketing materials. Images may not be resold or transferred to third parties without written permission.

Copyright

All photographs remain the copyright of Steve Simon. Clients receive a license for agreed-upon use of their selected images.

Liability

In the unlikely event of equipment failure, illness, or circumstances beyond control, liability is limited to a full refund of fees paid.
