My studio is in Pelham, right next door to New Rochelle and directly across from the Pelham train station. That's one stop on the New Haven Line. For most people in New Rochelle, the studio is the easy choice.
Here's how I work. You bring a few clothing options. We start shooting, and the first frames are always a little stiff (everybody's are). Then we look at the pictures together, adjust, and keep going. Somewhere along the way you stop thinking about the camera, and that's when the good ones happen.
My background is in documentary photography, which means decades of photographing real people in real situations. I'm not after a pose. I'm after the moment you look like yourself.

Pricing. The Essential Headshot is $450 with one retouched image. The Signature Headshot is $700 with five retouched images and a black-and-white version. On-location sessions in New Rochelle add $150.
